Alex Fridman- President and CEO
Alex is the President and Founder of New Image Technology Corporation. Prior to starting up New Image Technology, he managed an Architectural Service company and was also a Marketing Director for a multi-national printing company. Alex is a driven entrepreneur and a highly successful business leader with over 15 years of experience.
Interesting Fact – Originally from Russia he competed in international chess competions.

Peter Miraglia- Vice President of Operations
Peter is the VP of Operations, Peter originally started as a product manager for an electronics firm where he managed the start up of a new crystal oscillator production line. He then managed NIT’s sister company that produced Architectural and Engineering drawings. He is currently in the call center industry and assisted NIT for 13 yrs and is managing the operations and finance area. Peter graduated with a Master’s degree in Engineering with honors, (Omega Chi Epsilon), and currently pursuing an MBA.
Interesting Fact – played semi professional baseball and continues to play amateur softball on a competitive level. He is currently working with the Town Supervisor with starting a minor league baseball team for the local area.

Ralph Porco- Director of Client Services
Ralph is our Director of Client Services. He was employed by Sony Electronics for 16 years and has a strong background working in customer service management and marketing communications. He then went on to become a consultant with companies such as BMW before he came to New Image Technology 4 years ago. Ralph has brought with him a wealth of experience to help establish additional growth and improve the quality of the management for New Image.
Interesting Fact – Ralph enjoys physical fitness training as well as riding motorcycles.

Greg Jean Jacques- Operations Manager
Greg is our Operations Manager. Greg is a great example of the advancement opportunities available at New Image. Greg came to NIT 5 years ago as a driven Magna Cum Laude post graduate from a local accredited school for business. Since then he has risen through the ranks of our hierarchy, providing excellent customer satisfaction to our valued clients.
Greg has years of customer service and leadership experience as well as marketing plus educational training. Greg is a member of Sigma Beta Delta, International Honor Society for Business, Administration, & Management.
Interesting Fact – Greg is a part-time aspiring writer with ambitions of publishing series of plays, poems, and short stories.

Anthony Perez- Technical Support Manager
Anthony is our IT Manager. Anthony started in the IT field working for fortune 500 companies such as Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch, IBM and UBS as a systems administrator providing IT support on trading floor applications for traders and supporting desktop environments for 8 years. Anthony’s experience and personality make for a wonderful addition to the team at New Image.
Interesting Fact – Anthony enjoys playing soft ball, working on computers and dog sledding and skiing in Maine.
