NIT has developed a unique pricing structure that is cost effective for your organization. Unlike our competitors who may charge startup fees for training, supervision, etc., we only bill you for the time used assisting your customers.

NIT charges on a minute-by-minute basis and all costs are included in the Package rates. With this structure your company is only charged for the minutes used to assist your customers. All departments and agents within those departments are tracked and logged for time (minutes) spent on the telephone assisting customers. This structure applies to web based chat and even for the time spent responding to emails. Our goal is to provide you with superior services at cost effective rates that will help achieve greater profitability for your organization.

NIT has put together Call Center packages that we like to call "Total Support" containing the common features needed for most organizations. However our organization provides ultimate flexibility to your specific or individual needs. Listed above are the various packages we currently offer along with the package rates.
