Our pricing model is based solely on shipping quantities. You will be invoiced for the amount of shipments on a monthly basis.
1. Shipping
$2.25 per shipment Includes custom boxes to fit your product, packing slip, shipping supplies (bubbles,peanuts etc). Shipping costs are processed through UPS, FEDEX or a USPS account set up by the client.
2. Warehousing
$10 per pallet per month (4X4X4). Discounts provided for large storage needs.
3. Set-up fee
Set-up fee of $350.00 is charged for setting up warehouse space, inventory software etc.
4. Monthly minimum usage fee
Minimum usage fee of $250.00 per month will be charged if the amount of shipments does not exceed $250.00 per month. Does not include actual UPS, FedEx or USPS charges.
5. Inventory Management, fulfillment and order tracking application
Included free of charge.
6. Repacking Inventory
In the event that the customer requests that 50% or greater of their existing inventory to be shipped to another location then a rate of $18.00/hr will be charged to the customer to repack and/or consolidate inventory along with shipping charges.
7. Assembly costs, additional labor, data entry, and customer software updates
Services required for special orders and any assembly work are billed at $18.00 per hour
Length of Agreement
This agreement is for a period of ninety days from date contract is signed. Customer must give NIT at least thirty days notice before the cancellation of services provided. Upon the contract anniversary date, the contract will be automatically renewed. |
